Nick brings over 20 years of
experience in the legal profession to the BEST Group.
Nick is a partner in the recently-merged firm of Howell-Jones rhw solicitors, who have six offices located in Guildford, Kingston, Leatherhead, London (Old Bailey), Raynes Park and Walton-on Thames. The firm offers a wide range of commercial and private client legal services.
Nick is based at the Guildford office and deals with private company work and general commercial matters, company formations, joint ventures, shareholders' agreements, terms and conditions of business and the purchase and sale of businesses. He also has substantial experience of commercial property matters including commercial leases and lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
He works alongside other members of the commercial department and the 3 core specialisms of the Medical Services (doctors, dentists and vets), Care Homes and Garden Centres.
